Stephen came out for our first maintenance check, and he was very helpful and friendly! He clearly explained everything he was going to do. He was also very diligent about checking everything and with installing surge protectors. I also appreciated that there are different options for how extensive you want the maintenance package to be, depending on your needs and your budget. The services seem pretty affordable, and the benefits of having the ongoing maintenance are very fair. I would recommend this company for anyone with HVAC maintenance needs!

I had my HVAC system maintenance completed today by Steve & Ayden, and it was a 5 star service. They were both incredibly professional and got the job I needed done. Additionally, I wanted to add the dryer vent cleaning to my service and they were able to do this during my appointment as well. When going over the maintenance/check completed, Steve was very clear with his explanations and provided recommended suggestions (with their whys) which I loved. I did go ahead and decide to add on some of those recommendations, which were also completed the day of! I very much appreciate them both for working hard at my house all morning long.

Steve is very detailed in his work and very knowledgeable. He was helpful every step of the way. He took the extra step to make sure our unit was cleaned thoroughly. His attention to detail is not seen very often in the trades.

Steve was on time, called before he came, was more knowledgeable than the other 3 AC companies I had here, he explained everything, and was extremely polite. He didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding certain things about the ac system and most importantly, he didn’t take advantage of us! Other companies told us our compressor had failed, but it was just a small wiring issue.
